Reporting to: The CEO

Roles and Responsibility:

    1. Responsible for overall sales of all the product lines: Scanner, Software, Printer and services sales
    2. Achieving set product-wise targets periodically; quarterly, half-yearly and yearly
    3. Responsible for overall on-time enquiry responses, quotation, demo, order booking and collections from the customer
    4. Managing the entire sales team; setting targets, performance review and feedback of sales team
    5. Maintaining good customer relations and constant feedback tracing mechanism to improve the quality of service
    6. Visiting key customer accounts, making compelling presentations and general problem solving to win orders
    7. Formalise and Sign MoU with Channel Partners
    8. Feedback of incoming leads to improve the performance of marketing channel
    9. Update and review pricing and discount sheet periodically
    10. Collaborating with The CEO to find out new avenues for sales
    11. Representing the organisation at the trade shows, workshops, expos etc.
    12. Strategy formulation and execution for achieving sales target

 

Required qualification of the ideal candidate:

  1. Out and out sales guy with experience in 3D scanning and printing space
  2. MBA in sales from a top institute; Graduate in Engineering
  3. Atleast 5 years of experience of leading a team of atleast 10 people in same or similar space
  4. Willingness to travel extensively
  5. Extrovert
