Roles and Responsibility:

- Responsible for overall sales of all the product lines: Scanner, Software, Printer and services sales
- Achieving set product-wise targets periodically; quarterly, half-yearly and yearly
- Responsible for overall on-time enquiry responses, quotation, demo, order booking and collections from the customer
- Managing the entire sales team; setting targets, performance review and feedback of sales team
- Maintaining good customer relations and constant feedback tracing mechanism to improve the quality of service
- Visiting key customer accounts, making compelling presentations and general problem solving to win orders
- Formalise and Sign MoU with Channel Partners
- Feedback of incoming leads to improve the performance of marketing channel
- Update and review pricing and discount sheet periodically
- Collaborating with The CEO to find out new avenues for sales
- Representing the organisation at the trade shows, workshops, expos etc.
- Strategy formulation and execution for achieving sales target
Required qualification of the ideal candidate:
- Out and out sales guy with experience in 3D scanning and printing space
- MBA in sales from a top institute; Graduate in Engineering
- Atleast 5 years of experience of leading a team of atleast 10 people in same or similar space
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Extrovert
